At the end of this phase, you receive a clear summary of findings, priorities, and actionable next steps.
The Discovery phase has a fixed cost of 350 EUR—an introductory rate fully deductible if we proceed to a next-step engagement."

Engagement & Delivery
Once the scope and objectives are defined, we formalize the partnership with a clear agreement — setting expectations, responsibilities, and measurable outcomes.
This is where strategy turns into execution.
Our team works closely with yours, maintaining transparency and accountability through regular progress reviews and milestone reporting.
Step 3
Partnership & Growth
After completing the initial engagement, we evaluate the results together and discuss the next steps for long-term success.
For some clients, that means establishing an ongoing advisory relationship; for others, it’s project-based collaboration when specific expertise is needed.
